Sagebrush after rain. Sun-warmed juniper. The resin that seeps from pinyon pine. Long before a formula reaches the lab, it already exists, carried on dry canyon air, and settled on granite. Our work is to appreciate these natural tones, and capture their essence to the best of our ability, carrying what the landscape yields naturally into something precise enough to wear.
